What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name, your email address and your Google account ID.
- What you ask the assistant, and the answers and sources we give back.
- If you fill in the feedback form: your email address, what you would use Vidur for, and your note.
How we use it
- Your Google sign-in details are used only to sign you in and to keep your chats with your account.
- Your questions are used only to answer them and to keep your chat history.
- Your feedback is used only to improve Vidur.
We do not use any of it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
- To write an answer, the text of your question is sent to an AI model provider.
- To find case law, a search query based on your question is sent to a case-law search service.
Neither of them receives your name or your email address. We share nothing else, unless the law requires us to.
Keep client details out
Please do not put names or other details that identify your clients into your questions.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your data while your account exists. You can email us to delete your account and everything linked to it.
Google user data
Vidur's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For any other question about your data, you can email us.
